Returns/Exchanges
Please email returns@gravitasnewyork.com for a return or an exchange. We will send you a prepaid return label. If you have further questions regarding a return or exchange, please email returns@gravitasnewyork.com.
Please note that face masks and mask keepers are considered final sale, personal use items. Face masks and mask keepers cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged.

** Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Final Sale items. All tags must be attached, and the packaging must be intact. The product must be unused, unworn, and in sellable condition. For returns, customers will be granted a full refund to the amount of item(s) returned, minus a $10 shipping fee. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. You can also choose to exchange the item or opt for store credit.
